Continued use of this program in a business environment after the 30-day evaluation period requires that you register with the author.

Personal Use:

This program may be used free of charge on any non-business related computer.  If you would like to show your thanks and support, donations of any value are greatly appreciated! Donations can be accepted via (a) PayPal funded by checking or savings account, (b) PayPal funded by credit or debit card, or (c) Amazon.com funded by credit card.

Two PayPal options are provided because the author has separate accounts for accepting each type of payment. Simply decide on how you wish to fund your donation, then click on the correct "Make a Donation" button. Option (a) is preferred because the author will not have any fees to withdraw your donation, so 100% of your donation will be received.
